It deserves its 3 stars. All you need for walking around in Lytham St Annes. The location of the hotel was favourable! We liked the bar during the breakfast.

The beds are very comfortable. The host is lovely. Only a short distance to Gemma, where you can have lunch.

It was a great hotel and also tidy. We really enjoyed a heating system, a clothes rack and a radio. 10 minutes drive to the airport...
